After years of customizing powerful and functional home pages for customers, AMS decided to take the best of these designs and bring them together in a configurable way.

The result is Dynamix. Originally created in 2019, the Dynamix plug-in allows customers to take control of their home pages and make a better user experience for their FMS:Workplace software.

Configurable Home Pages

Dynamix allows you to better organize and manage the home page content associated with each user role in an easy-to-use interface. This administrative interface allows you to configure unique solutions that adhere to corporate marketing standards (fonts, colors, icons, and much more). The AMS Dynamix solution includes widgets so administrators can:

  • Build dynamic, role-driven content using corporate standards without any programming or HTML knowledge
  • Copy home pages to create a similar but slightly different solution for other roles
  • Incorporate announcements for specific roles
  • Configure role-based searching and search results
  • Add statistical data at a glance from a built-in drop-down library Configure robust charting options

Like FMS:Workplace, Dynamix works in a highly configurable manner that allows you to tailor your home pages to work the way you want them to.

Role-Based Search + Search Results

With Dynamix, system administrators can determine which data should be searchable for each role. It even allows the administrator to determine how search results and outputs are displayed for each role as well. Service supervisors might want to search for service requests and see response times in the results, whereas you might want to limit general users from searching for service requests altogether. A system administrator has the ability to make those determinations without any customization of the software.

Real-Time Charting + Metrics

One of the most powerful features of the plug-in, Dynamix provides charting wizards to expedite the creation of rich, real-time charts and metrics. Upper-level management requires a rapid response with high-level, accurate details to quickly view relevant information at a glance. With the AMS Dynamix charting and metric widgets, system administrators can establish role-based home pages to display that dynamic content in minutes.

Our Chart Collections take the configurations even further by providing filters for chart groups and subsequent data. Our interactive, touch-enabled charts update all content across charts and grids with each filter selection, enhancing the user experience. You can also easily export data details, providing more fluidity for your interactive sessions.

Mapping Solutions

Dynamix automatically maps out all your sites and buildings based on their precise latitude and longitude details. The mapping component offers an enhanced navigation solution that drills down into building-specific details and provides clickable hyperlinks. It gives the system administrator the ability to set map limits to confine viewers to only see your location information if desired. Maps are viewable in both a smaller home page tile as well as a full-screen view to make the most of this experience.
